Sephora Order Cancelled?

Hi!

 

i ordered a few items from Sephora about a week ago. As I was looking on the tracking site to see when they would arrive, it said "items being returned to sender" because of an incomplete address. I was wondering if there was any way to fix this, because I still really want these items!! Please help
