Sephora Online Erased My Gift Card

I tried to place an order with both my credit card and $50 gift card. I pressed 'place order' but the order did not go through because i entered my security code to my CC wrong. I corrected the security code and went to place order and then the checkout system told me that the gift card was $0.00 when previously it had $50.00 on it initially. 

The system erased my gift card card balance. 

Hoping I can get my $50 back!

I am sorry to hear this! Sometimes it takes a few minutes for your funds to return back to your gift card. If this was a Sephora gift card and if you are still unable to use it please send me a PM with the full card number and I will look into this further for you.
