Sephora Lied

Spoiler

Logged in to see that all of my points, over 2500 had been completely wiped. When I emailed customer service, they told me that they sent an email stating they would expire. They lied. I’ve never received an email stating this and it looks like several other people didn’t get this email either. After I told them I didn’t get the email, I was basically told “you haven’t shopped since 2020 so you’re out of luck, bye.” Well guess what Sephora… you got it. After being a long time customer that has previously been rouge status and has spent THOUSANDS over the years at your company, I will never give another dime to your company ever again.
I didn’t buy makeup for two years because I’m a nurse that was too busy wearing an N95 all day every day during the height of the pandemic. I couldn’t wear makeup under all of that gear.

Terrible customer service. Absolutely awful. What harm is there in letting customers keep the points that they have earned. 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Re: Sephora Lied

Hi @SmithJR,

For all clients, points will expire if the account is completely inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer. To keep your account active, you simply need to make a purchase, or redeem a reward, the birthday gift, or a gift card within a year. I'll look into this and will send you a message.

Best,

Laurie
