Sephora JCP points and purchase not showing up?

So recently I went to my local JCP Sephora and had 2 separate transactions.  One of them did show up on my account. However the second one did not.  I double checked my receipt and it says beauty insider sale so I am confused as to why it is not showing up.  I used the points reward card that came inside my sephora play box.
