Sephora Is Not Working

Hello, my Sephora app is telling me there is an error and not allowing me to shop or look at anything including my favorites and basket. I have had this issue for 3 days now. If someone can please fix this, that would be great! Thanks

@tientienwang, I'm sorry for the trouble! We recommend signing out and signing back in. If you're using the app, please uninstall the app, and reinstall it with the latest version (currently 25.20.1). If you're using the web browser, please clear your cookies and cache. You may need to look up how to do this on your specific device.

 

Please let us know if the issue persists after completing these troubleshooting steps.

Seems to be a problem again--tried both on the app and on my laptop and when I try to "place order", the order won't go through. Of course, every time I try, there's a pre-auth charge on my credit card! I know they will all be reversed, but if the order isn't going through, not sure why it's even starting the charging process on my credit card.

I've been having the same issue. I get a popup that says "SAAT Header is expired." Are you getting that too? I can search for products, but it won't let me browse, look at my cart, or do much of anything at all really. I mostly use the app to purchase, so being forced to use a desktop is quite annoying.

I'm having the same problem.  I've Uninstaller and installed the app yesterday 

 It worked fine all day and today I'm getting the message again.
