Sephora Gift card number missing

Recently, I was gifted a Sephora Gift-card with $150 for my birthday. The card is missing three numbers, and I cannot use it. I’ve been to one stand-alone Sephora store that has to use the card number to access the money inside, so I cannot use that card. I went to the Sephora inside Kohl’s and they can’t scan cards or see the transactions. I’ve also talked with customer service and they can’t do anything about it. Online scanning requires the card number as well. Is there anything I can do to access the money inside? Either somebody has already used it, or the numbers ripped off the sticker. Extremely disappointed as I’ve always purchased my cosmetics, skincare, and hair care from Sephora and never had an issue.
