Sephora Gift Cards not working

I purchased 4 gift cards for my girlfriends in December 2024 and gave them as Christmas Gifts - When my friends tried to use them sometime in March/April 2025 they were invalid. All I want is replacement cards that work.  I have pictures of the back of each card.  I went to the Sephora store I purchased them from and they said I needed to contact the manager (who was not in the store that day) .  I left a message for the manager and has not returned my call?  How can I get new replacement cards?  It was so embracing to receive their messages - Every year I buy gift cards as Christmas gifts, in 2025 I will not be doing it, I want to avoid this situation and the fact that I might be out the money completely and my friends in the end got no gift from.

I appreciate any help/guidance anyone can provide me.  Thanks in advance.
