Sephora Gift Card Missing PIN

Hello! I received a gift card for Christmas, and when I attempted to use it recently, the pin got damaged while scratching off the foil backing. Is there a way for me to still utilize the card? I was informed it has a $50 value, and I'd like to avoid losing that amount.
