I received a $50 giftcard for my birthday, it was completely unscratched, and had $50 on it, as I saw the gift receipt.hed thHowever, I tried to place an online order today and saw that only 11.80 dollars remained as available balance? The card was never used, I saw the gift receipt stating it had $50 on it, where did all this money go?
