Sephora Favorites Perfume Sampler missing scent certificate

i received the “Sephora favorites” perfume sampler as a gift. It was fully sealed. When I opened it I found no “scent certificate” inside the box. How do I go about redeeming for a rollerball size of my favorite scent?

I’m not going to ask the purchaser to do more work to complete her gift to me; it’s not her fault that your packaging was defective, and I do not want to inconvenience her. I am in possession of the product, and I want to be able to redeem for a perfume. Please tell me what I can do to get my desired perfume from this kit.

@melissephora Regretfully, the full size fragrance cannot be redeemed with out the scent certificate. If the purchaser reaches out to us, we'll gladly assist her with the Sephora Favorites set that was purchased. Or if you have the receipt, gift receipt, or order number, please send me a private message with that information so I can help. I understand this may be frustrating and I apologize for this experience!
