Sephora Favorites Clean Perfume Sampler Set code lost

I purchased the Sephora Favorites Clean Perfume Sampler Set some months ago. I was ready to purchase a perfume using the code but realized the code was missing. Is there a way to redeem my code and get a perfume after I lost the code?
