I have concerns on my packages goodies from Sephora Digital Events. I always registered for the events when it’s open and I got the email. I always make sure i attend the events on zoom and i have all the email confirmation of the event that I registered but however I never got any goodies and gifts from the events it’s been 6 months I registered for all those events which i follow and use their products and i find missing points but never got any goodies or samples. It’s kinda unfair to me to being loyal to events and a VIB customer. Please check this i always put on right address with zip code but still facing this.

Hi,

My cousin attended the Glossier event in October and hasn't received her package. I attended the Killian event in October and the Phlur event in early November and also didn't receive anything. All our points were taken though.

She tried reaching out a couple of weeks ago via email and was told the Glossier was in the process of being shipped but still nothing.

Will we be getting the gifts?
