Sephora Customer Service and Cart

Hi,

I just have spent 2 hours trying to use the in person and shipping chart option. The website and app had bugs and would not let me place an order because it said items were out of stock, but would not tell me which items were out of stock.  When I went to call customer service, the customer service agent (Claudia) would not speak to me or my husband initially and tried telling us both it was our browser, that we had to go to the app, that we then had to go the website, and then when the website didn't work, that we had to go back to app.  She then said she couldn't help us because it was an order for direct pick up even though the order was in our cart.  After I told her I just wanted to place an order and she harassed me and my husband for my email, name, and contact information 5 more times and we went through the same exercise again, she hung up on us.  Sephora has gone downhill in its customer service and ability to be an effective source of ordering my key products.  I am incredibly disappointed at how I was just treated.
