Sephora Customer Service Feedback

This past week, I had to spend precious time and effort hounding Sephora and FleetOptics to ensure that my delivery arrived. For those of you ordering from Sephora Canada, I wish you all the best in ensuring that a smooth delivery from a notoriously bad company with an average of 2-stars on Google reviews and no signs of that company evolving or changing for the better. It is not my job to make Sephora and FleetOptics do their jobs. I had to endure 30min of directing FleetOptics regarding my delivery. If I had not been directing FleetOptics to do their job, I would have not gotten my parcel. I am extremely frustrated and disgusted by the quality of customer services Sephora and FleetOptics provide. Sephora offered no help and gave no help. I had to do everything to ensure that I received my delivery. I wasted time and effort with Sephora customer service. Sephora customer service needs serious work (forward this to the management team, I doubt they care about feedback considering the past and current state of the customer service). I will not accept any apologies from the Sephora Team.
