Sephora Customer Service Down - Both Chat and Phone Lines

Is anyone else finding it impossible to contact Sephora customer service?

The chat has been unavailable for a few days, even during the hours it says it's supposed to be operating, and the phone line is just on a holding loop that plays music for a bit and then puts you back on the main menu.

Is the whole thing down, or does anyone know of another way to reach them?
