Sephora Culture

Spoiler

I find Sephora’s new community to be pretty strange. I asked a genuine question about the Pat McGrath primer and got a few rude answers. One of which was from a Sephora employee with eye rolling emojis and making a comment about how it’s a TikTok frenzy to ask that question… I don’t even use TikTok. I was asking a genuine question. Sephora culture is getting so out of control, that this is how employees are replying to people. An average person? Sure. It’s the internet. An employee? Get better standards for who you’re hiring. I don’t care if you get asked that question 20 times a day. I love Pat products. It was simply a question. I’ve been a Sephora shopper since 2007. I’m so sick of the direction this company has gone.

Re: Sephora Culture

@alexlovesnars I'm sorry to hear that! I will send you a PM.

Re: Sephora Culture

@alexlovesnars I am sorry to read this.  I think society is just rude now which is unfortunate.  I had a sample of the PAT McGRATH LABS Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Hydrating Primer 1 oz / 30 mL and I loved it.  Melts into your skin and creates the perfect canvas for your makeup.
