Sephora Credit Rewarda disappeared and no customer service line can help

I have a $10 and $5 rewards on my account. The 10 expires 11/14 11:59 CST i have the statement that says it. It was 11/13 6-7 pm EST I went to check out with the 2 in my cart the app said there was something wrong so log back in. I did so now my $10 rewards is gone I haven't ordered anything my credit card says I haven't made a transaction at all but says my rewards has been used as of 11/13 but didn't order anything? Called Credit card bank they said they don't deal with it they transfer me to sephora they said they don't deal with it and gave me another credit card bank number and I just got off for 30 mins on the phone with them saying that they don't deal with it either and gave me the community website to ask the online virtual assistant for help and I know that doesn't work cuz I tried that last night. Sephora do better.

The first and second numbers i have already called tell me they can't do anything about it and this is not the first time this has happened to me the first being Feb of this year
