Sephora Credit Cards are Terrible

Please do not get one. Commenity login constantly doesn't work so then I forget to make my credit card payment because I can never login and I hate calling up to pay off a credit card. Then I end up with all of these late fees and interest charges. DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!!!

Thank you SO much for this post I was considering getting one but it’s been made clear via several posts that the credit card program & structure are in dire need of improvement. Why Sephora invests so much effort/ad real estate into promoting their credit card program when the program itself is trash is beyond me. My unsolicited advice to the company is to prioritize building a respectable credit card program for your dang customers (one that isn’t consistently referred to as a scam) before promoting what will ultimately be a (seemingly) abhorrent experience for loyal customers. I feel like Sephora normally exceeds my expectations for customer benefits/appreciation but every so often they pull some clownery like this and that thousand point advent calendar consisting of Sephora brand trinkets

i have over a month now dealing with this and all sephora employees keep saying is they’re sorry. Sorry is not going to cut it. I called comenity bank times and times again but no one cares and they just keep pressuring you to pay over the phone. ITS A SCAM and I will tell everyone I can possibly can to not get this card. 
no amount of sorry, or you should try to call them directly will cut it for me. Sephora do better.

A lady called me over 2 weeks ago to threaten me with reporting that I refuse to pay my credit card. They call EVERY DAY to threaten me yet no one is sending me my card nor will they try to fix the issue with not being able to pay on the online portal. That same lady who threatened me said I could go and pay in store and that I had until the end of the day. Went in store only to be told they do not accept payments in store. Its all a scam and I wish they weren’t deleting and hiding all the other peoples comments complaining about their Credit card and this company.

@malayeasha, I'm sorry about this! To access your account online and pay your bill, please visit https://d.comenity.net/ac/sephoracard or for Visa https://d.comenity.net/ac/sephoravisa. At this time, credit card payments cannot be made in store. The physical cards are mailed out directly from Comenity. If you don't have your physical card yet, please contact them once more to request that your card be mailed out.
