Sephora Credit Card

I have had the worst experience with Sephora credit card. I had called the previous month to pay my card in full, and did just that. The following month, i got $89.99 bill. Called them and was told that there was $1.99 finance charge balance. Then in October 11 they charged $40 Late fee, October 17 $45 Late fe debit, plus another $2 interest. Talked to several reps and we didnt come to a resolution so I closed the account and asked to pay the full amount which the rep added another $2 making the total $91.99. I said if my statement is not due until Nov 11th, where the heck is another $2 coming from? Some kind of retaining finance fee have no idea what the heck..totally upset. DO NOT OPEN A CREDIT CARD WITH THEM. It’s like a fee trap. Not worth whatever discount and points… you’ll end up paying more or ruin your credit
