Sephora Credit Card

My sephora credit card expired in MAY and since then I have contacted customer support 4 separate times. They told me twice the card had been sent, once that they couldn't access my account suddenly and this last time they hung up the phone on me as soon as I asked the question. I still haven't received a new card, and it is the latter half of JULY.
