Sephora Credit Card

Hi, 

 

I havenโ€™t received my credit card in the mail. I need to pay my balance off but Iโ€™m not able to do it without the card number. I do not want this effecting my credit. 

No one is answering or helping. 
what do I do?

Hi @AldaaV It may take up to 10 business days for your physical card to arrive. If it has been past this timeframe or you need to pay a bill,  please contact Comenity Capital Bank directly for assistance at 877-945-4417. Thank you.
