Sephora Credit Card

I started a chat with Beauty Insider Specialist and was told that I needed to contact the card company. 

I just do not feel like this is on the card company, I feel like it has something to do with the website.

I JUST was approved for the Sephora Credit Card, but when I try and check out it tells me that the card can not be used for security purposes. I have deleted my address and resubmitted it, incase that had anything to do with. But still same issue.

I see a lot of other people having the same issue, so my guess is that is an unresolved issue that they have been experiencing. Very disappointing for customers who can't make purchases. 

Any help or insight would be appreciated!!
