Sephora Credit Card

I keep getting an error that my information is incorrect and my order cannot be placed. I’ve been trying to place an order for 24 hours, in fact a reward I wanted to redeem went out of stock while I’m trying to get this fixed. All my information is correct, so I’m not sure what the problem is. Tried multiple browsers/the app. Any fixes???

I am having the exactly the same problem trying to place an order with my card while redeeming my rewards. So far I’ve tried placing the order through the app several different times and it’s always the same telling me my credit card information is incorrect, which I know is not the case. Then I try again and it says the rewards have already been used 🙄

Seems like it’s a bug on Sephora’s end smh
