Sephora Credit Card not working

Just signed up for a Sephora credit card and it didn’t work “for security reasons” when I tried to make a purchase. Help!?

@mteles Please make sure you are shipping to the billing address until you receive your physical card. If you are still having an issue, I would recommend contacting Comenity directly for assistance by calling 1-866-841-5037 (Sephora Visa) 1-866-864-7787 (Sephora Visa Signature), 1-866-702-9946 (Sephora Credit Card), or (TDD/TTY 1-888-819-1918).

This is still the temp card, since I just signed up today. I don't even have the complete card information to give them. Then, as with other people, they just tell me to call Sephora...

The shipping and billing address is the same
