Sephora Credit Card is a SCAM

To say the least, I am extremely disappointed and frusturated in the predatory nature of the Sephora Credit Card practices. I signed up for the credit card excited and closed the account within a matter of months after I was unable to create an online account to make payments. I always pay off my credit cards on time but was unable to do so with this one because my online account/portal was difficult to find. Fast forward, two charges later (I used it once at sephora and another time at a movie) and I promptly closed my account because I was charged several late fees even though I called to pay my account in FULL over the phone. Sephora CC then proceeded to charge me SEVERAL LATE FEES. I closed the account two months ago and was assured over the phone I paid off the full balance. I was then proceeded to be charged another late fee on a $0.00 and closed account which I was unaware of. I now owe TWO LATE fees (nearly $90) on an account that I closed and paid off the balance of. Essentially, I was charged a late fee on my late fee for a closed account. I have spent three hours on the phone over the past couple months trying to close the account and forget about it but am continued to be charged (on a closed account). I love sephora but am beyond disappointed. The practices are predatory and I would not recommend this card to anyone.

@YBeautyaccount I'm so sorry to hear about this experience. I regret that we do not have access to Comenity's system, but I will share this feedback with the appropriate department for future improvements.
