Sephora Credit Card Not Appearing on my Profile

On Thursday November 5th, I was approved for a Sephora Credit Card and was told I have the 10% discount until Sunday, November 8. I tried to place an order online but for some reason my card is not appearing on my profile. It just has a space that says โ€œyour credit card will appear hereโ€ and if I tried to go to โ€œManage my cardโ€ it will take me to a sign in page where it asks for a username or account number, which I do not have in hand since I have yet to receive the card. I was told that if I want to make an in person purchase all I needed to do was to provide with my ID, but Iโ€™m currently bed driven sick with a flu and I definitely donโ€™t want to go out especially in a pandemic. I am currently with Sephora Customer Support but Iโ€™d like to know if there are any other alternatives as they are unable to figure out why my card isnโ€™t appearing.

I was wondering if anyone has a fix for this? I just got approved yesterday online and my card doesnโ€™t show up in my profile. Please let me know what you find!

I got an email from Sephora stating that I received my card but I never received the physical card. Is there anything I can do on my end to fix this? I tried purchasing a few items but it said my temporary card did not work.

Having the same issue.  Applied online, a week later got a letter to call to finish up application.  Got approved during the phone call and told I could immediately use the card in store.  Went to the store and they couldnโ€™t find the account.  On the app it still says application is u dear review.

Hi, same issue except ive had my card for a few years and since i got a replacement a few months ago, in my app it says 'account not active.' no one at commenity or sephora has been able to help and ive even received another replacement card to see if there was maybe an issue when the first one was sent to me and still no change.

Did you ever get a fix for this? I've been having the same issue since last year when I got my replacement card.

@jdani121 I would recommend contacting Comenity directly for further assistance with this.
