Sephora Credit Card Big Problems

I placed order on 7/10/22 and used $15 rewards code but my order didn't go through so I tried to apply the RW code again but error said code already used and it was set to expire on 7/11/22.  I called number on back of card on 7/11/22 and rewards system was down. I was told I'd get an email from system@mgiftcard.com by 7/13/22 but it never showed.  

 

Today I tried to call number on back of card today and sat on hold for 40 minutes twice!  Both times my call was answered but no one addressed me! I heard talking in the background like a call center so I hung up again and headed to the community and found Sephora Visa number there 1-866-841-503.  I've been on hold about 7 minutes now!  

 

I've had the RW Rouge code missing and also $15 credit card rewards missing now too that aren't supposed to expire until 8/11/2022.  What frustrates me the most is community or Bread have not reached out and addressed this issue that has been going on since May or early June.

I'm so sorry for this experience! Thank you for sharing these details with us. Our credit card partner Comenity has experienced recent outages, and they're working to resolve all issues including credit card reward issues. Regretfully we don't have insight into credit card rewards in our system, however I recommend continuing to get in touch with Comenity so they can look into this matter for you. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and we appreciate your patience!
