Sephora Credit Card Application...

I submitted my application online for the sephora credit card so that I could apply the rewards to a purchase I was about to make. I don't want to move forward since it would add to rewards. I haven't received any email communication about applying or if the application is under way, so I'm not sure what to do at this point. It doesn't look like I am able to resubmit an application either.
