Sephora Credit Card Account

Is this a scam? I have been in contact with the credit company and they keep saying they will send something and it never comes. 

I have read everything in the community posts stating the same this. This is very disappointing coming from sephora. You get approved and then get nothing but there is credit opened in my name with this card now.

I'm sorry about this! The credit cards will typically arrive in the mail 10 days after approval. If you have not received your card after that time frame, please reach out to Comenity Bank once more so they can look into it, as the cards are mailed directly from Comenity. Please call:

I know Sephora reps keep saying they have nothing to do with the card company but I have reached out mulitple times to them with no resolution

@HeatherLynnn Comenity should be able to check the tracking for your card and issue a replacement if necessary.
