Sephora Conestoga mall

Hey everyone, just wanted to pop in here and speak about how I feel. I went to Sephora in Conestoga mall as I do, I shop pretty frequently and I’m a VIB rouge member. I got all the things I could possibly want and got up to the til to pay. Saw someone I kind of knew and she was super sweet and helped cash me out. Later on she told me that her manager flagged me for stealing, because I had a forever 21 bag and said I was gonna put stuff in the bag. The reason why they flagged me is because of the way I look. I have tattoos and pink hair, she also told me they racially profile people when they come into the store. This is honestly disgusting behaviour, don’t shop there. I will never step foot in that store again. The manager should be fired. I’ve never ever stolen from Sephora in my life and I never would. Makeup is my safe place, at least it was. Has anyone ever been or felt uncomfortable in the Conestoga location?
