Sephora Collection 5x points

I have not been able to apply the 5x points. 

I have logged in and out, uninstalled the app then reinstalled. I've cleared the cache but nothing is working. All I get is error, you must be logged in and purchase Sephora Collection. 

I am logged in and have three Sephora products in my cart but I can't apply the points.
