Did the Live Chat option get discontinued? Previously, the chat bubble icon would still be visible, but there would just be a little slash through it if it was unavailable, but now it's completely gone. 😞

I believe Sephora discontinued Beauty Advisor chat and the chat icon has been removed from the top of the home page. Now chat is reserved for customer service questions and the icon is located on the customer service page. If my info is correct, it would have been nice for Sephora to give a heads-up to this change so that shoppers know.
