Sephora Career Site Issue

Hi, there is no way to flag this or contact anyone on the career site page. I have been applying to jobs there but every application after applying has a status of 'application failed'. My internet settings are all fine and I can not reapply since I applied but the status went straight to application failed which is weird. How can someone look into this so I can properly submit my application?
