Sephora Card - Unsuccessful Authorization Transactions

I have not been able to successfully place one order with my new Sephora Credit Card. I have tried to use it multiple times before my 15% off first Sephora Card purchase expires in 4 days. I receive a confirmation after every transaction and check the status later to find "Unsuccessful Authorization." My billing address is the same as my shipping address which is the same address the card is under. No purchases have been made at all with my card. Why does this keep happening and how can this be resolved?
