Sephora Card Error

I am continuously prompted with the message:

 

“Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct.

If applicable, we have reversed any pending charges to your account.”

 

I have verified that my information (personal, and billing) and card number is correct and matches; no abbreviations.

 

I do not owe a balance, my credit limit is as it should be and there are no holds. What could be the problem?
