Sephora CC temporary card not working/available

Hi there! Yesterday I applied & was approved for a Sephora CC and the page told me that I could order today (technically yesterday) using a temporary card number that would be automatically added to My Payment options and able to be used for 14 days until the actual card came in the mail. Well, I started shopping online in my app and when I went to check out and it has the option to apply the 15% off the first purchase with the CC, but when I click it says the Sephora card number must be my method of payment (which I completely understand),however, that temporary card number is nowhere to be found. It isn’t anywhere on my app. Can someone please help me as I do not have a local Sephora store aside one inside of JCP and I’d like to order in time to receive stuff for my vacation. Thank you so much!

I appreciate your quick response! I was told this very thing by another CS rep this morning after I e-mailed you all about this same issue. I called the bank and they said this was on your end  as it should’ve populated in my payment area where my other stored cards are located. I’ve looked through some more recent threads on here about the same issue as mine and I see that there are several where the CS rep seemed to be able to help them more proactively. This is very frustrating and I appreciate everyone who can help me sort it out instead of asking me to call Comenity. There has to be a way for this to be sorted out. As a customer who spends a lot of money both online and in store I’m hoping we can sort this out quickly!
