Sephora Birthday Gifts

I know there is rising costs in manufacturing, advertisements, and the rise of inflation. We as consumers have in all things: BEAUTY, SKINCARE, & HAIR; have not stopped purchasing- product. Now, we have to spend an extra: $25 dollars, too enjoy our gifts!? Whoever decided on this idea in the boardroom and thought it was a great idea, clearly didn’t check off other boxes to offset cost. #loyal#sephora#shopper

I agree! It’s my birthday and I’m being told to spend money to get MY BIRTHDAY GIFT! That’s up there with the gaslighting of “Free - just pay S&H” I think the Sephora customer is quite loyal, I myself, have changed hair care products because they are no longer available at the store. I like the service and care Sephora provides. I’m feeling a little nickeled and dimed… Le sigh.

@vasquezgurlz Sephora has always required a merchandise purchase for clients to redeem their birthday gift online. As of June 1, that merchandise purchase will need to be $25 or more. However, you can visit your nearest Sephora or Sephora at Kohl’s store to choose your birthday gift, no purchase required!
