Sephora Birthday Gift August 2017

I just received my birthday gift but I have a darker skin tone and I can't use it. It's Tarte blush and lip tint, which I love, but the color is too light for me. Does Sephora offer a darker shade or an alternate gift? I will have to give mine away or throw it away. ☹️☹️

I'm sorry to hear the tarte Birthday Gift isn't working out for you! Regretfully, it does not come in any other shades. However, we do offer a Jack Black and Caudalie Birthday Gift. I'd suggest contacting your local Sephora store to see if they may be able to exchange it for you. Thank you!

@Tlmiller4 You raise an interesting point! I would love to see the Sephora birthday gift be more inclusive and offer a shade range. I'm quite pale, and the lip colour was too light for me, so I imagine it really wouldn't work on deeper skin tones.
