Sephora Beauty Enthusiasts Program

How does this program work?

 

There isn’t much information posted on this program and no contact information or email. I submitted an application and just want more information on how this works.  Someone mentioned that after you receive products you have to send a 10-page review. I find that extreme and a little hard to believe. Is there a contact or someone more experienced in this Program?
