Sephora App!

I can't search the *just arrived* section on the sephora app! When I try to click on it it says *list of product currently unavailable. please try back later* and I was wondering if anyone else is having the same issue? I've tried signing out and back in again, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing has worked! I don't know what else to do! It's been like this for a few days now!

Hi everyone! Our mobile team is aware of this error message and is working on a fix. In the meantime, please use the mobile browser version or the desktop version if you are trying to access this specific section.

Hi kevin! Thanks for replying! This section of the app started working and worked for a while but then it started doing the exact same thing again a few days ago. I'll just have to use my browser until this is permanently fixed! I just feel like I can't view as many *just arrived* products on my phones browser like I can on the app but oh well. Thanks for updating us!

mine has been like this for over a week too! I'm glad I'm not the only one with the issue. it's driving me insane.

I have been having the same problem. As of this evening (9/7) it is still broken for me. I've been in contact with customer service and they said they were going to route it to their IT department. I've done all the same things everyone else has; uninstalled/reinstalled the app, dumped data and cache. It is still broken. Would be great if someone could get this fixed.

I'm having the same problem!! I've tried restarting my phone, logging out of the app, deleting it and reinstalling it, and nothing works.

Well uninstalling and reinstalling the app would give me the latest version right? And my phone is updated.

Not exactly. Reinstalling an app might upgrade it to the latest version, but you typically need to download updates for your device not just apps.

Well I have my auto update on for my apps so they usually do it on their own! I did check the list to see if there were any that needed to be updated manually and sephora wasn't one of the apps. It says the last update for the sephora app was 2 weeks ago.

This is ridiculous! I still can't check the just arrive section and I've even installed the new app update. I've also cleared my cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, turned my wifi off and on again and also restarted my phone. My phone is up to date as well so I know it's not on my end! Please fix this!!!

I'm also experiencing this issue. I've tried clearing app cache, data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Funny thing is nothing has changed with my phone or the app but it was working fine 2 days ago.
