Sephora App keeps changing my country

My Sephora app keeps changing my country to USA on it's own. I would change it back to Canada, but once I start shopping I notice the prices are the American prices again. And when I go back to app settings, I see that the app has switched my country back to USA again. I've already tried un-installing and re-installing the app but it does not work. Any idea why it's doing this? It just started happening to me today.
