Sephora Affiliates Program

I've signed up and been approved through the Rakuten Advertising program but when I go to look up Sephora, it doesn't show up for me to partner with. I reached out to Rakuten directly and they redirected me and told me to speak with Sephora. 

Anyone else had this issue at all? I'm seeing a lot of very old posts about it but nothing more recent that helps me figure out how to solve this issue as I'd love to be a partner!
