Sephora Affiliate Program USA with Rakuten

Hello,

I am a confirmed affiliate with Rakuten.  I am unable to find Sephora US on their website, only Sephora BR.  I have reached out to Rakuten.  Is anyone here using the Rakuten site for Sephora US?  What is the process to find them on Rakuten?
