Sephora Advent Calendar

I got my nieces the Sephora Advent calendar; DAY 11 (for both of them; ordered from different places) are both empty? What are they missing ?

Hay everyone! My daughter was missing day 11 too so I went and watched a video showing what is was SUPPOSED to be. A set of yellow tweezers. I then stuck my fingers in the opened day 11 door and tilted the box all around and BAM I felt them hit the fingers and i was able to get them out for her!!! Hopefully this works for you as well! She was so excited! Lol

Same here for my daughter and daughter in law, both missing day 11. I called and they credited me for 1 advent calendar.

@bconklin Same here!! I bought three advent calendars for my daughters, and they all texted me this morning that day 11 is empty. I am trying to find a customer service email but all i can find is a phone number.

I spoke with customer service; they told me I had to go a store to get the missing item. I am in Charlotte; they are in Chicago suburbs. So now my gift has become work for their mom. I did find out it was supposed to be "Ellis Brookyln Myth Perfume"

I am chatting with Customer Service now. A solution is nice, but sorry it isn't more convenient!
