Sephora 15% off code not working

When I try to use the code I received for 15% off starting June 16th, there is an error that says "offer available for select BI members." I am logged into my account and am VIB Rouge. Any idea why this isn't working?

I received mine via the app. However my discount is like 15 bucks off for some reason. I'm just going to go buy the items direct from brands websites because this is ridiculous.

I have been waiting for my 15% code, was supposed to be emailed. I am very frustrated. As I understand it was supposed to go live on the 15th.

I found mine in the email of the purchase I made. Hope this helps! Although it didn’t work when I just attempted a purchase.
