Sent wrong item - how to get the right color?

Hi there! I have a problem with the Hourglass veil retouching fluid - I was sent fair instead of vanilla. There are reviews/questions about whether vanilla is indeed the lightest shade - is it? I def want the lightest one - I’m happy to re-order, but want to be sure I’m getting the right one. A bunch of reviews say they’ve received the wrong color, also! Thanks so much!
