Sent wrong colour lipstick twice and now told canโ€™t correct

I have ordered the new Natasha denona I need a nude lipstick in Maria. It says the correct shade in my order as well as my shipping confirmation.

In the original order I in fact received โ€œAndreaโ€, so I called to have the correct shade being โ€œMariaโ€ to be shipped out. That replacement order just arrived, again with the shade โ€œAndreaโ€.

i call customer service AGaIN! But this time I am told that I can no longer be helped.

this is unbelievably rude and unacceptable. 
I do not live close to a store to easily do the exchange in person.

i have been a rouge member since the beginning of time and spend plenty of money. I have NEVER abused my privilege. Not have I ever been so brushed off by customer service.

anyone else been having this type of experience as of late?
