Selected Samples not received

Hi there,

 

Just received my order placed on 15 December and I'm having the same problem as what some other people have experienced: not receiving the selected samples, even though they were shown as available when I made my purchase.

 

It's disappointing because I like to time my purchases depending on what samples are available. 

 

Is there anything you can do about it?

first of all, how does one enable private messaging? I've checked through the app and didnt notice anywhere to enable that..?

@ck2023 I'm not able to reply to your PM, as they are not enabled on your side. You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser.
