Select - 2 - Free Samples? (Online US)

I recently made an online purchase and upon opening my package. I didnt find the free samples I had chosen ..is this just a shipping mistake or does sephora do something I dont know about? I know I wont be able to get another but I just wanna know whats going on.

Same happened to me! I choosed 2 samples and they are in the email order but I didnt get them 😞
