Sehpora Credit Card did not receive

I didn't receive the Sephora credit card but the email said I did. I called the number on the email several times but no one respond. Please let me know how could I ask for the new card.

I have the same issues. Havent received my card and every phone i call is busy for somekind of weird reason. I made a purchase with the card on october 10 and still cant pay because i havent received it. Any help?

I called their number and paied the balance.and reported the lsot card so that a new one can be sent out. Thanks!
